Based in the Entertainment Capital of the world, Las Vegas has incredible diversity in Restaurants, Food, Nightlife, Hotel Themes and utter Luxury.  As a Photographer, separating yourself from the competition and just sheer mass of Photographers, is quite a challenge.  In a world of “Everything Right-now”, it is still a slow climb to the top when making a name for yourself.  TSB Photography & TSB Commercial Photo is dedicated to taking the time to make that climb.  We don’t limit ourselves to just one genera of photography, rather we tackle everything that we’re GOOD AT.   TSB Commercial started as MLS Photos (www.MLSphotos.ORG) back in 2006.  Originally dedicated to photography of REAL ESTATE for sale.  We’ve come a long way since then, but still have a long way to go.  www.TSBcommercialPhoto.com ’s  GOAL is to add Elevated and Aerial Photography to our offered services.  We’re also hoping to become reputable in Destination Photography, Travel Photography and Virtual Tours to include Cruise Ships and international destinations around the world.

Two weeks ago I get a phone call from London, UK about photographing a 15 acre ESTATE owned by a Saudi Prince.  The job was so confidential that the size and location of the estate could not even be revealed to me until I was actually awarded the contract and signed a Confidentiality Agreement.

I had to agree that I would not post the photos anywhere online, and in fact, I wasn’t even authorized to e-Mail the photos to the Client once I was done editing the High Resolution, HDR, Images.  Rather, they had to be sent Fedex.  The Estate included six Guest and Servant Homes/Casitas/Bungalows, 4 swimming pools, indoor basketball court, Indoor Racquetball court, Movie Theater, and more.  The Master bathroom was utmost royalty and made of complete marble from top to bottom, and a golden toilet seat.  The only photos ever existing of this Luxury ESTATE, prior to me photographing it, were aerial shots/photos taken from satellite.  I took me 3 days to process/edit all the photos taken.

Landed a contract job w/ BHI Media, as their Las Vegas Real Estate, Architectural, Construction and Commercial Photographer. They are owned by the nations top 37 Home Builders. My 1st photography assignment was last week, when they sent me to Pahrump, NV. to shoot some Model Homes for Beazer. The shoot went well and the Drive was very scenic, but Pahrump itself didn’t seem to offer much. Well,,,, Other than the obvious of course, but NO I DID NOT.

TSB Commercial Photography is happy that we just landed a Architectural Photography contract at Greek Isles Hotel here in Las Vegas, Nevada.  NV.  The project will include  photography of the following, but not limited to, Pool & Whirlpool area, Hotel Suites, Fitness Center, Restaurant and other Interiors/Exteriors.

We are very excited to announce that we’ve been hired on to at least 2 advertising projects having to do with the new City Center of Las Vegas..

One of which is a Steel Architectural/Artistic company out of Las Vegas..  Keep an eye opened for the future post containing a few of the photos..
